I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending HBT. We completely trust Chris' advice and recommendations, and this has been backed up with an implementation by Mitesh which ran like clockwork.

The support we receive from HBT is excellent, and because it is all networked, problems are solved almost instantly. Using a 'Pure IP' Solution from Swyx transformed leisure centre's front desk operation, and vastly improved booking and membership revenue.

I would recommend that any school with academy status or with the ability to choose their own IT and Telecoms provider takes the time to research other options other than the local LEA. I would also recommend that schools consider an ultra-fast connection too if that option is available.
