In order to qualify for WatchGuard Gold status, our team has undertaken several hours of additional staff training to demonstrate specialist product knowledge of all WatchGuard products as well as certified integrations.

The promotion from silver to gold status means we can now offer our clients additional technical support on all WatchGuard products.
